Is it possible to order one from an authorised dealer and get it within 3 months. Or is that no longer an option ?

Might be possible if you have a considerable buying history and relationship with the AD?

I’ve seen them on chrono24 for huge grey prices.
I would like one and I’m possibly foolish enough to pay the high retail. But self respect would prevent me paying more. I guess I’ll look for an alternative. |

I’d at least call around and ask. You just never know. I’ve seen a few guys here get them in that time line.

It took me 4 months from inquiry to allocation, with zero buying history. Seemed like an eternity, but that was me being impatient, not an indicator of the likelihood of getting an allocation. My sense is that you’ve got a great shot, as much of my wait was over the summer during peak hype time for the new release. Good luck!

Don't think you can place an order, so to speak. However demand, in most places, doesn't seem to be so high that you can't simply express interest and receive one of the next one or two to come in.

Many factors at play but I’d say yes it’s possible. I’m UK based and got one within 6 weeks with a purchase history of 2 watches over 3.5 years so clearly not a big spender.
