This is a knock-off, someone (or some company) has taken the looks of the Tag Heuer Meridiist phone (http://www.luxist.com/2009/03/24/tag...s-new-website/) and placed Rolex logos on it.
Big trademark infringement there.

No worries. I've seen this one phone before. Unlike the LVMH brands, Rolex doesn't tend to associate itself with other external products (barring the occasional clothing branding).
