Trade? 116515LN for 228238….

Currently have the Daytona oysterflex with the pink panda dial that is now discontinued. Also have a everose dd40 with the chocolate motif dial. I have really been enjoying the dd40 and considering my next piece should be something in YG. Trying to decide between a YG Daytona or a YG day date. I know most would say the YG day date is the quintessential rolex you need in your collection. I have both on my waiting list with AD. I do really enjoy the Daytona a lot as well so maybe it just makes sense to wait and see what the AD can potentially offer next, but I thought trading the Daytona oyster flex for the DD was a little intriguing.

depends on your lifestyle... if you already have a DD, do you really need/want another one? Daytona on OF gives off sporty vibes, suits an active lifestyle, DD on the otherhand, much more dressy, and flashy...

I would. Every day of the week, and twice on Sunday.

You already have RG Day-Date chocolate motif dial, so if you want to trade your OF Daytona for YG, I would rather go for YG Daytona with full bracelet.

I prefer the bracelet model of the Daytona. I would work a trade/purchase of a YG Daytona on a bracelet and have the DD and the Daytona.

If you're bored and want to throw away some money, this is a great idea.

I would say go towards a Daytona or Sky-Dweller with the full gold bracelet. I do not see the point of 2 DD40's, but it is all up to you.

I would not Do that trade. I would only do it for a WG DD40. I have the WG Daytona on OF and it is such a great reference. Would like to add the YG version with champagne dial. Let us know what you decided.

I did that trade. I had a 116515 chocolate dial on leather not the OF for a 228238 champagne Roman’s plus some cash. I find the DD a bit flashy for me and rarely worn, where I wore the. Daytona in regular rotation.

I'd ALWAYS choose a full metal bracelet over the OF model. There is not even anything to decide over.

And since your choosing the YG DD40 thats even better. Do it 10000%
