93250 question — all insights appreciated!
I’ve seen some 93250s marked “93250” on the inside of the last links next to the SEL, and some without. Pictures below. I have a 16610 (2006 Z serial) that IS NOT marked like that. When did that marking stop?

The change is not exactly pin pointed.
The original SEL was stamped 801 on the ends, and the bracelet half was stamped 93250 for only a few years after its introduction around 2001. After a couple of years, the 801 was dropped and 93250 was stamped on the SEL ends. likely dropping the last link stamping when they ran out of the stamped version. Seldom has Rolex dropped/stopped anything "cold turkey", they usually carried over until the older version was depleted.
