Panerai Discount at AD
Typically what kind of a discount can be expected at a Panerai AD? Thank you.

Depends on the model. Some rare models cost 2-3X retail.
Some can be had at 30% off. I can get you Panerai Ferrari at a huge discount. |

it also depends on model. Popular models little or no discount.

I would say it depends on the AD...
A chain store like Tourneau is likely to give you very little, whereas a stand alone privately owned store may give as much as 20%+ on various models. Panny's tend to come in around 50% of retail, so there is your margin. If an AD won't give me 20% off, I walk. Oh, and a few straps, too ;) |

Yeah, but the minute you walk out the store that 292 goes up by 70%

I was in search of the 171 and 161 FOREVER. Everyone said "If one comes in, it sells AT or ABOVE list." Then in Vegas, I see 3 stores who have BOTH models. Then in NJ, PA, and NY I see them too... YES they had gone up $700 BUT now you could get 15-20% off. So it still worked out :) But I hear you. :) |
