When the pandemic started (every border closed) I was offered crazy watches (I had purchase history). It was possible to buy with no-wait or very little some FPJ, VC overseas, PP, Rolex. I should have bought everything offered.

Today, the only walk-in watch is a Flik Flak.

PS: mandatory quarantine for covid contact case is over since couple of days, so we can expect manufactures to produce more. So It may get better. :)

My immediate thought was some sort of new specialist mountain climbing watch. But other than it’s own logo, text and the logos of some partners (e.g COMEX, Dominos, Governments) has Rolex ever put another symbol on its watch faces to denote a model type or purpose?

I don’t think so, but I’m happy to be shown an interesting dial I didn’t know about!

Edit: Maybe military markings like the MOD symbols or The symbol for a radioactive lume dial? But don’t think you’d copyright that!

It illustrates the pyramid scheme with retail buyers at the bottom.
