Rehaut misalignment or fake?

Hey Folks - I recently acquired a 116710 BLNR from a grey dealer trade. Upon inspection of the watch, everything seems to be in line with one exception of the rehaut alignment. Searching the forums it seems I wouldn't be the first one, non the else I'd like to double-check this during my return window.

In the pictures, you will notice the crown is off to the right at 12 and the X does not line up on the right. Also opened the case back to check the movement, looks ok to me but would love a second opinion.

I have never handled a GMT-Master 2 before so looking for advice if this is a normal defect or did I get a fake piece? Any help would be appreciated.

There is quite a variance for the dial to be installed inside the case and very few actually line up with pinpoint accuracy.

Rehaut misalignment is not all that uncommon. Weather that watch is authentic or not I’ll let the experts way in. I can tell you if you purchased it from one of the renowned sellers here, it’s 100% legit. If not,

This is a very well known issue.
You can have it fixed if it is driving you bananas.

Definitely looks good to me. I have a 2012 Yatchmaster that that the exact same alignment issue except the rehaut crown falls on the other side of the index at 12. Just a tiny smidge. Nothing wrong with it.
