To keep things running but at the end of the day watches now are just jewelry. We have out phone to tell the time. I only adjust it when im going out of town.

Last time I reset my 16570 for a date change, I was 10 secs behind the clock on my Iphone. ( Dec 1).

Face up at night its been gaining. Stable at 3 secs behind the World clock for weeks now

My sense is being superlative chronometers Rolex watches are much more accurate than other chronometers - Omega, Breitling. The -2/+2 rule is fairly accurate and I’ve seen it on all my Rolexes. The newer movements in 2021 editions are even more accurate.

The variations could be because of host of reasons - temperature, shock, etc.
