When did Rolex introduce Ice Blue Dial?

When did Rolex introduce the Ice Blue dial for their platinum DD?

It seems most older 18026/18206 from the '80s and '90s came with the silver diamond marker dials. Was the Ice Blue dial only introduced with the 6 series DDs?

In fact were the DD Roman dials all from the 6 series onwards? Not the Buckley Roman but the white gold marker Romans?
