Tudor's in-house MT5402 movement vs. Tudor's modified ETA 2824 movements
Not sure this is posted in the proper TRF section, but now that the Tudor in-house MT5402 movement has been out for there for a while (starting with the North Flag), do any of the technical experts have a comparison to the modified ETA 2824 movement Tudor typically/previouslyused? Thinking of how they holdup, what they are like to work on, etc.-not a beats/thickness type comparison.
I think my search function is failing me, as I remember detailed movement write ups in the past. Apologies if I am missing previously posted content. Thank you.

The MT5402 is a different CA skins to the MT5602 which is in the North Flag. The MT5402 was released in 2018 as a smaller calibre to fit the BB58.
For comparison purposes though, they are very similar. It is a superior calibre to the ETA. Specifically, full bridges, silicon hairspring, 70 hr power reserve, COSC with a peonies accuracy of better than 25% COSC. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |
