Full sticker Kermit but…

Pic as above is referenced.

It is advertised as a full sticker Kermit from 2010, but…
was there such Rolex sticker with “QR” code back in 2010?

There was. I bought two stickered GMTs in 2009 and both had the QR code, I kept the stickers and just confirmed.

The edge of the sticker on the left had side of the picture appears to have been lifted as it looks uneven with the edge of the case. Perhaps removed and replaced?

No idea about the QR issue though.

Too funny, I bought the exact same reference in 2009. Great minds

Looks like the tab to get hold of for removal. Doesn't look like it has been removed though.

Be very careful, aftermarket stickers can be bought cheaply online and applied to any watch. Even with the fake QR code. Something to keep in mind before paying more for a stickered watch.

Plus that sticker looks quite new for being on an older watch.
