Frankie, I never have explored any AD's in the city because I live in the south suburbs and have bought from James & Sons in Orland park, Il. They do have a store in Chicago and their phone number is (773)327-8800. I do know there is a Tourneau in Water Tower which is located on Michigan Ave. on the Magnificent Mile!!!

I had a good experience with CD Peacock on 520 N. Michigan Avenue. They have Rolex and Panerai. Janet, one of the sales associates at the store, was very friendly, pretty knowledgeable, and more than happy to show us any watch at the store. She even took out a GV from the safe for me to see without me asking for it. I think we were lucky we got her because the other sales associates seemed a bit snotty. I don't think they offer discounts, but they have 12mo no interest payment plan.
