Blue is classic and would be my choice. We are awash in green watches right now from almost every manufacturer and at some point it will trend out. Blue, not so much.

As much as I enjoy the texture dial to hold and look at in person. I prefer a plain dial. So #1 for me. Rolex green is such a pleasant shade. I wonder how long they go through the Pantone or whatever colour booklet before settling on it.
