Oysterflex Pin Fallen Out

Not sure if this happened before with anyone else.

A long story short, I collected my Daytona on oysterflex last week from servicing at RSC and over the weekend as I was about to wear it, this gold pin fallen out which connects within the clasp area.

This isn't the screw type pin either so I'm not sure how this is securely fixed on, anyone had this problem before?

Thanks in advance for the advice.

The pin has a knurled section at one end, this is what should hold it in place.

Either it wasn’t pushed in correctly or the hole it’s meant to fit is too large and doesn’t grip the knurling.

Back to RSC to fix I’m afraid.
