Trades - Explorer 124270 (2022) for a DJ 36 Wimbledon dial?
Evening all,
6 months after concluding a 10 year chase for an Explorer, I’ve scratched the itch and simply found that I don’t really wear it! It’s actually much too sporty for my general everyday style. I’m looking for the next one, and it has to be either a datejust 36 With Wimbledon dial (jubilee bracelet, fluted bezel) or the latest datejust mint green or champagne dial. Anybody sitting on the other half of this trade? VG condition, a few very minor scratches commensurate with light wear, box and papers. Thanks |

I thought the explorer was one of the most versatile watches available dressed up or down. With that said get what makes you happy.

Wait, an explorer is too sporty, but you want to replace it with a highly polished DJ?? Not hating on the DJ, but that will have way more wrist presence. Perhaps, I’m miss understanding the issue with the explorer. Either way, I would stick with the explorer.

Either DJ would be fancier and I guess Dressier. Not much more formal but much much fancier
