Stickers...

No one seems to get them all with the first attempt.
I had the pleasure of taking the watch out of its plastic box myself at the AD and getting a headstart peeling some stickers while they did the paperwork and waited for the watchmaker to come from the other store and size the bracelet.
Leaving the store they assured me there were no stickers left. I just said I'd let them know in a week... Took about 5 days for this one to show up

Now, should I keep it in the box along with the watch and the other stuff? They even left the bezel protector in, so this is as close as it gets to a full set and want to know if leftover stickers command a premium. (I should have slipped the ones I removed in my pocket while they weren't watching )

Can’t stand the overuse of stickers on modern watches. Just more microplastics for the oceans.

You trying to give me a reason to hate the watch industry Chewie?

Seriously though. Redundant, a waste of resources, and cause of pollution.

I know Rolex nor Tudor proclaim to be environmental champions but it would be great if brands that do like Oris and Panerai actually stopped using plastic

Rolex does promote and sponsor environment friendly initiatives. They could start doing something about their boxes and packaging Older boxes were so much nicer imho.

Seriously. As if someone would return it if they found a scratch under a buckle when there’s a 3yr backlog.
