There is a great comedy routine about the new weight loss fad. Eat less, move more.

As Dr. Laura used to say, eat less and move more!

I’ve been modifying my diet as I age, and enjoy watching and reading about nutrition and exercise (in addition to actually exercising and dieting).

Anyone watch or listen to Dr. Peter Attia? He seems very credible and knowledgeable.

Yep!! Burn more calories than you eat. The really hard part is once you hit your ideal/goal weight, balancing the calories to where it evens out.

They will help you live more comfortably, that’s for sure.

I hate carrying extra weight. When I feel my gut, while tying my shoes, that’s when I know I need to cut back.

Knees, back, hips and your lungs will all thank you for losing weight.

Agree. That’s my big problem.

I’m currently in the cutting phase again. I tend to fluctuate 10lbs as the balance is tough for me.

But I’m learning.

Optavia. I was over 260 a year ago, I’m 5’10. Started this program, was religious about it, by December I was in the 190’s. Today I’m mid 180’s. You get all of your vitamins, protein, everything you need. No fat burning pills that do nothing and cost a ton.

I don’t work there, I’ve no skin In the game. It works, it’s not expensive, and if you’re serious about losing weight it’s an excellent program.

Taking T boosts the chance for prostate cancer.

My now retired doctor told me that if a person has early stage prostate cancer, taking testosterone will light them up like a Christmas tree. I am not a doctor, not giving medical advice, that was what I was told. You’ll lose weight and your PSA will soar.
