I have worn all the models in the last 30 years: 5513, 14060m, sd, sdds, subs and somehow my worst is 114060. New 12 series is new vintage.

Contrary to many, I love the updated clasp. Compared to my older sub and explorer with the light, janky rattle clasp, the newer version is so much more refined and robust. I am not gentle on watches so I prefer the confidence of the new clasp.

i read a lot about the big clap and it worried me until i got it
tried it out and absolutely not a big clasp!

12 series Sub is absolutely perfect. Hated it at first until I put one on.
