Blue Sub vs Black sub based purely on aesthetics

If a Sub was blue and in SS, would you prefer the look over the black submariner?

A stainless steel sub with a blue bezel and blue sunburst dial would actually be pretty dope…

A deep blue dial similar to that custom car wet paint 16613 dial in an all SS model would sell like candy…

A blue bezel on a SS black dial Submariner would be amazing imo…

The black is what makes the sub so versatile. Sure, other colors are nice there is no doubting that. But the Sub was originally released in black and in SS and that's the sub. All others are homages. Its like the speedy pro. You have the real deal, then the homages, gold, sapphire display back, whatever LE speedy-but there is only one. Same with the sub, PM, blue/green, nice sure, but not the real deal.

The black Submariner is the most beautiful watch ever made in my humble opinion.

It never gets better than a touch of blue ...
Biased but personal opinion, I'll pick the blue over the black.

I voted black, but I’d like to have both to be honest.

Like the Moonwatch, a black Sub is iconic, timeless and a classic. And rather dull to my eyes. Each to our own.

If they only made one I’d agree that keeping it classic with all black would be awesome, but If they also made it in the blue without having to go TT or PM I’d be all for it!
