I was envisioning Roman numerals for my (hypothetical) perfect meteorite DD but this is nice too!
It’s a 118239 (iirc), a DD36 from 2006. Idk the years of production, maybe ~2004-2011?

I wish they’d offered a no-markers meteorite DD, like the 5-digit ones they did in onyx, lapis, coral, etc. I expected the white gold hands to be hard to read against meteorite, and even wondered if I might want to swap in black Buckley hands, but actually it’s very legible.

All great references for their own reasons. My choice would be the GMT.

I would happily receive the Daytona and have the full meteorite collection but the price is too much for me :)

Btw If you haven’t seen a meteorite dial in person it’s absolutely impossible to capture the depth and beauty of the dial in a photo
