Positive UK AD experience.
Long term viewer, never posted.
See a lot of people having frustrating experiences but just wanted to share mine which was very good. I did get introduced via a friend who has a long purchase history and I believe the watch I was looking for is much easier to get then other models, but I wanted a Rolex in 2022 as my first child was born in April. I started talking to the AD around six months ago told her what I was looking for sent her a few polite emails just making general chit chat throughout the six months, then a few months after my daughter was born she emailed me to say that they had the watch in. The experience in the AD was perfect. Very knowledgeable took the time to answer all the questions I had and delivered a luxury experience which in today world of online sales can be a forgotten art! That's great to hear. Can I ask which AD? If your username indicates your location (Hale), you may be local to me!
I'd love to see a photo of your new watch. Congratulations on your daughter. |
