I second Yucateco, it's my go to.

My buddy Rodneys grandma makes this hot sauce in Jamaica. It is spectacular, heat but so much flavor. I don’t like stuff that I taste the burn more than the flavor. This stuff is hot but you don’t notice until you stop eating it.

My normal go to at a restaurant is lots of crystals or chalula. Frank’s if I’m in a pinch. But Rodneys is the only hot sauce we keep in the house beyond something obscure someone gifts us.

Thank you for the offer Mr. Goat. I also don’t want to ever out do the flavor of my dish or protein. That looks different but seems like something out of Jamaica.

I usually have at least 5-8 in my house. Red Clay is really good. Wife likes Frank’s.

It’s his grandmas homemade recipe (she lives in Jamaica). He has a Jamaican restaurant here. It’s scotch bonnet pepper but works well on most anything. In the spirit of this thread I added it to sausage, broccoli and rice last night.

I bet it would work really well as a dipping sauce for jerk style wings Mr Goat. If you ever come across Cheeba Gold, give it a try. Similar flavor profile but with Scotch Bonnet/Fatalli mash mixed. You probably have heard of Fatalli peppers but if not, imo a pepper any Scotch Bonnet fan would enjoy.

This.

Frank’s is my absolute go-to. Sriracha is always stocked at my house as well.

This was my latest order from Heatonist. The Aardvark and Los Calientes are staples for me.
