Tudor - Wow, That's a Lot of B's...

The Black Bay Bronze Bucherer Blue.

I know this is an older release, dating all the way back to the BC period (before Covid - because isn't that how everyone tracks time, nowadays???)

Anyway, I just got one of these bronze beauties over the summer from the "Former Tourneau, Now Bucherer" store in Vegas...As this is my first Tudor, I have absolutely zero experience with this brand, but I'll tell ya - this watch is unexpectedly fabulous.

It's a big chunk of metal, and on the leather strap, it's really masculine, has a cool, nostalgic "instantly-aged" feel to it (versus the "showroom shine" that most new watches come with). Plus, since it's bronze, it really stands out against most other stainless steel models.

Wanted to see if anyone else has this in their collection and if so, what are your thoughts?

I'll put up an image once my post count gets high enough, lol!

I've been looking at this for a while, still not bit the bullet as I went for a speedy instead to quench the thirst.

Well, you really can't go wrong with that choice! Although I don't have a Speedy (yet), I am constantly surprised at how much I like this watch...it goes against everything I ever thought I liked in a watch. It's not stainless, it's not on a bracelet, it's oversized, it doesn't have a date, it doesn't have crown guards...and yet - somehow, I absolutely love it...go figure!
