Thank you. They ended up discounting 500 bucks.. I thought I would hate the yoke steering, but I got totally used to it within one day.

I agree, the black dial looks much nicer than panda in person.

Agreed, I think the “golden” combo is black ceramic and white stainless (bezel). Of course this is coming from someone who ultimately wants them all lol.

Eye opening and insightful to see most of the euphoric sentiments. Similarly with pessimism during downturns.

It’s a great watch, but personally I prefer a sub or GMT on the wrist.

Because of this difficulty of getting watches from an AD these days I’m more into the vintage pieces now. I enjoy the hunt for something old because I always send them to a RSC for a service and warranty.

Panda Daytona is still the most difficult SS Sports model to get from AD. You have to spend tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands on stuff or undesired Rolex models to just get on the list. It's trading at around $32,000 for a new unworn now. It could have gone both ways, north of $50,000 or south as what happened now. No one could have predicted the current price or where it may go in the future, it may easily go up in price again. Enjoy OP, and wear in good health.

Life is too short to worry about overpaying and regret. This is how the market works. Unless you are in dire straits on a financial level, just enjoy your watch.

Hopefully OP hasn't taken a lot of other losses in the downturn, who cares about 18k in the grand scheme of things....what about all the other hurt?

Anyway, enjoy the watch OP!
