keep the hulk. WT isn't tough grey, and really if you want it, can get on list at an AD. Inlove WTs, but they're not sought after. Hulks are tougher to come by imho.

If your truly into horology you would not even ask that question.

A PP worldtimer is on a totally different level than a submariner with a green bezel and dial. The hype is gone my man. Dont get caught up into this hype stuff anymore.

Positively worth it. You trade in a hyped watch for true value from a (or should I say “the”) top brand.
Just make sure the PP is in a good shape, not over polished, has box and papers, etc. if all checks out, I would do this trade without the slightest hesitation

Yes, no doubt, the 116610LV does nothing for me.

I’m not saying I would never trade a 116610LV for another watch. It would just have to be a lot more special than a WT Patek.

I voted for trading in but it does depend on how often do you use your hulk? And seeing your collection a Patek would be a nice addition.

Given your collection….if you like the WT more than the Sub, then I’d do it.

Which WT, the New York blue dial or the grey dial? After looking into this more, I change my vote to the WT. I just am not a fan of leather straps, but the dial and functionality is on a different level.

I would keep the Hulk based on what you are trading for. There are watches that I would consider moving my Hulk for but this is not one.

The only Rolex I would NEVER part with at this point in time is my Hulk.

I would always say trade-up for a true high-end watch from Rolex, except here. Keep the Hulk. You'll never be able to get it back.

There are only three watches I would not depart with, 116500LN, 126710 BLRO, and 116520. Anything else is fair game.

I departed with my Hulk a couple years ago and don’t really miss it. If Patek is your next step, it’s certainly “not” a downgrade.

Maybe, tho be sure the PP comes with original box, original papers (not extract), all booklets. Without those the value of a PP craters.

They couldn't be more different. I'd have both if I liked the PP enough. I wouldn't trade my Hulk for anything. You do you.

Here is one of the rare circumstances I would go PP over Rolex. special watch. Hulk is more of a hype piece.
