Serti 16613 ?real dial

Hi all
I am looking at getting a serti 16613. It is box but no papers. I am wondering if you guys see any issues with this dial?
He is asking 11k

I have owned a Serti Sub. The only way you can tell it’s a oem Serti dial is to look at the back of the dial. A lot are not oem.

Ya I noticed that as well. But I figured it was just the lighting or something. Not sure what kind of rabbit hole I got myself into
