I didn’t care too much for the Daytona until the ceramic bezel came out. I did like the PM variants, but in the late 2000s they were too rich for my budget at the time

Then in 2018 got my black SS in 2018. The smaller size felt perfect compared to the GMT Id worn daily for 10 years.

4 years later I still love it and have grown to really love the Daytona in all variants. It truly is a great watch to wear. Mine is on my wrist every day.

I’ll switch up the bracelet between the oyster, oysterflex, and super jubilee. Love all the different feels of them.

Get it and enjoy it!

This watch is definitely not for the OP. Too many questions, second guessing….. move on

Agreed with others.

Put it on your wrist, and see if you love it. Not every watch is for everyone. You’ll know the right watch when you see it.

When at the Rolex shop at the Wynn in Vegas years ago, they had a TT Daytona in stock, that I could’ve purchased. I tried it on and…nothing. I figured I’d pass so someone who truly loved it could get it.

This is all subjective. I think the Daytona does look good when I see others wear it.

I was at a fancy event the other night, and saw a guy with a gold Nautilus. I know I’m totally in the minority here, but, meh.
