Beware Watchstyle.com

I bought an alligator strap. Over 200 USD
It arrived with clear and correct return policies under EU law.
Returned item within 2 days (I had faculty for 14 days) but they refuse refund. No answer and worst experience online in my life.
Like robbers! They care nothing for cross-border consumer policies and legislation; were pushed also by EU European Consumer Centers Network without a reaction.

Just got the "YOU ARE BANNED" email

I should have known better than to use a vendor without checking them out on the forums first.

Their site and collection of straps looks great. I ordered a strap this morning, then realized I indicated the wrong lug width. I then sent a note through their "Contact Us" facility and shortly afterward received a blank email from [email protected] with the subject line of "YOU ARE BANNED".

Not sure what to think about this, but it is not confidence inspiring and I have no idea whether I will receive an order, corrected or not.

I would place a stop payment on your credit card transaction. This "company" sounds like a joke, run by a bunch of children.

Take action quick. Why support this Mickey Mouse firm?

All I can say from looking at their site, this is a very Un-German act of conduct. (Seems as if they're situated in Berlin)

Someone hack their testimonials page.

Also they have re-written EU-consumer laws on their webpage, considering returns for example. Probably a reason to Stay Away!

Yes, shocking! I'm surprised no one has complained to the European Consumer Centre Network yet.

After reading this I'm going to go on their website and email them about a "question" I have on their product. I want to see what they reply back

Apparently they don't like questions even from prospective customers.

Run when you hear Watch Styler

The user is very correct, never deal with Watch Styler. I sent a ladies Rolex Datejust to have a bezel he sold us installed. He sent us a shipping label and said he insured the watch & bezel. It went to NY overnight UPS. He called the next day to tell us the watch had not come in the double boxed parcel!!!!! Who would send a bezel to install w/o the watch to put it on? And who would steal a watch out of the box the bezel was removed from with a 1210.00 bezel laying next to it? This guy is not a smart crook only a dumb scammer!
