Icon7 VC patrimony incoming

ref 85180 B515 (rose gold, blue dial, 40mm)

Since I'm getting no love from Rolex, AP etc, I started exploring other brands and VC's history and low prod numbers piqued my interest. With set requirements (<41mm, >38mm, self winding, open caseback), I visited countless boutiques to try as many models as possible.

Not a single Overseas available. Did not connect with the Fiftysix collection, except for the troubillon, but too pricey. Almost got the Traditionnelle calendar but it's complete not annual. So I was left with the Patrimony.
The self-winding white dial, white/yellow/rose gold felt really bland to me, until I tried the blue dial, pink gold. With a blend of modern and classic, I immediately connected with it, and here I am.

That's my first real watch, so I'm really excited!

Congrats! Love the dial! I was recently contemplating between this and the Traditionnelle. In the end, I went with the manual-winding Traditionnelle.

That dial is stunning. Congratulations. I think the Patrimony line is the quintessential dress watch. The lines on the case and indices are absolutely stunning.

That’s classy with even more classy sprinkled on top. You don’t see these that often. What a great choice you made. Enjoy it.

I love VC and always gold/blue combo.
If you’re anything like me you won’t ever look at Rolex again in the same way now you’ve stepped up to high horology

I love the patrimony model line. Was close to pulling the trigger for similar reasons you did. But then I discovered Moser and Czapek….

Looks gorgeous in blue and rose gold. Congratulations.

I went for a sober WG silver dial as that's the look I wanted, but man your config is really hot.
