I say VC 4500, to answer the opener’s question. This in general and I would say … by far among the opener’s choices.
Agreed also with the below statement of good value of such watch also looking at finishing and hand finishing.

Help me pick out an integrated sports watch please? (AP vs VC vs GP)

Others to consider:

-AP Diver
-Rolex Sub of some sort
-Rolex YM of some sort

Don’t know if the AP Diver would be too big on your wrist. The Sub would go well with the toddlers and dings and a bracelet that hides scratches pretty well. Don’t know if you’re interested in adding another Rolex though.

Edit to add and correct myself: I now see the word “integrated” in the thread title, so nevermind about the Rolex.

Thank you for everyone’s responses! I’ll agree 4500V is looking like a better bet, especially for smallish wrists. Also helps that prices have been coming down somewhat since peaking last year.
