Rolex Smooth Bezel DateJust Scratch fix
Hi All,
Curious what other users here do when they scratch up the DJ smooth bezel. Do you all let it be? Take a cape cod to it? Or bring it to Rolex to fix with a service? Also on a side note, if it starts to become very scratched, can I take it to an RSC in NYC to have the bezel replaced without doing a full service? |

It's stainless steel; it cleans and polishes just like other stainless steel parts.
It pops off like other bezels, although it can bend if you aren't careful, and can be worked on if the damage is enough to warrant that. I would imagine that the RSC or an AD could replace it if you dented or gouged it hard enough. Probably depends on who looks at it that day.

Smooth bezels scratch so easily. I would imagine they could replace it. However, it seems Rolex would prefer to polish it. Also, if the scratches aren't deep I would recommend leaving them instead of using Cape Cod.

I'd just ignore it til you your next service and let whoever you choose handle it then, will be an easy fix.
