Bezel change
I have a 36mm Datejust watch. The model is 116201. I am hoping I can switch the bezel from Everose, smooth bezel to a fluted style. Any help on this is greatly appreciated.
I know it will void my warranty but I really want to switch it. thank you! |

Their policy on things like dial swaps, bracelet swaps and bezel swaps has become more strict especially on certain models in recent years. But providing fluted was an option for your model, which it is, I would have thought they would do it on that model. Expensive I'd guess. If Rolex does it, it won't void your warranty. Just ring and ask, you will have more luck if your watch is >5 years old and they will do it as part of a service,. |

Thank you! I called and they said they do not replace bezels. They will change the watch face, but not the bezel. Grrrrrrr!

https://www.rolliworks.com They are very well regarded and trustworthy. Hopefully they should have access to the part you want and would be willing to swap it for you. I can't say for sure as they are primarily restoration and servicing of which they are among the best, but it's worth a call to find out. |
