Anyone familiar with Gorilla Drift Wandering Hours?

This company was started by someone who used to work at Audemars Piguet and is swiss made. This wandering hours looks soooo good and quality for under $4k. Anyone familiar with this brand? I only hate the name

What I always wanted in a watch dial.

"Lets play guess the time".........it's like getting a straight answer from a 4 year old.

Good luck in their watch brand but no thanks.

I’m not sure where to start … chances are there’s a reason it’s a former employee

Ah sort of like reading Vernier calipers. Where the lines align, that's where you take the reading.

The first watch looks about 8:02 (or 7:62 if you like). The second watch is 10:00 (or 9:60).

It’s a cool design. Easy to read.

IMO, the original(?) Urwerk was indeed a breakthrough when they invented this layout, but as far as I can see, all the clones have lost what was the most important element of that design: The legibility.

Would AP also be a clone with their starwheel?
