Hour hand glitching on Tudor Black Bay Chrono

Hi everyone, I just got my tudor panda and I found out the hour hand will glitch while I charging the date at 7am, is this normal? Anyone’s panda got this issue too?

If this is a design issue with the date jumper fingers being engaged still, advance the time to 9am+ to avoid mechanical failure and prolong the life of the movement. It's very common for movements to not like their dates changed manually around the early AM, a good habit to form would be to avoid doing it on all mechanical watches by advancing time if necessary before setting the date/time.

Avoid changing the date between 9 PM and 3 AM, on any mechanical movement with a quickset date, to avoid damage to the date wheel mechanism. I always advance mine to 6 AM, when setting it.

How do you do this? Have you a photographic memory? I’m intrigued…

I saw that the OP only had two posts, wondered what the other one was, and that was it.

I’ve seen him in action before. He clearly has a sixth sense for this stuff
