Kurono Tokyo Chronograph 3 Hisui
Anyone managed to get the pre order?!
I had completely forgot that the pre order was today! But was quite lucky to be able to get it during the 2nd window :D |

Yup. Picked one up in the pre release ballot. Should have it before Xmas.
Not keen on the strap (from the pictures) and planning on swapping it out for a dark emerald racing strap. Sent from my SM-G986B using Tapatalk |

Also ordered one pre-release. So impressed with all the Kurono watches this year. Hajime Asaoka knows how to build a legacy.

O I did not know of the pre release ballot at all!
Anyways, anyone knows what is the next step for those who got their orders in the pre order? I only received the confirmation email and paid 50% but there was no news after that Thanks! |

She on Monday, Kurono emailed me asking me to confirm my address, which I did. I've now had the DHL tracking info through.
Will keep you posted Sent from my SM-G986B using Tapatalk |

Not trying to be a wet blanket but does anyone face issue with their Kurono pieces?
My Grand Akane has gone to Japan 2 times already due to corrosion on the hands over the past 3 years of ownership. Kurono has graciously not charged for the service and shipping but still left me with doubts as to the workmanship of the brand. Considering that the Grand Akane line was suppose to be their upmarket line versus their normal releases. |

So the watch arrived a day ahead of schedule and I'm pretty pleased with it. It feels very substantial on the wrist and the dial, in the metal, is beautiful.
The strap is terrible and needs swapping out ASAP. Sent from my SM-G986B using Tapatalk |

Anyone received theirs too? I wonder if they release the watches by the pre ballot, then pre order window 1 and lastly pre order window 2

Going to swap the strap out for a dark green rally style with contrasting stitching. Or that's the plan. Sent from my SM-G986B using Tapatalk |

I was afraid that the delivery would only come in 2024 but... it just got delivered to me today and I really love it!
I have to say I'm really impressed by the packaging and all the small items that comes with it. I feel the items and details have so much value as compared to other main stream brands which makes this whole purchase totally worth it! If I have to nitpick something, is that the watch seems slightly smaller than the 38mm it was advertised |

That might be the coolest packaging I've ever seen a watch come in. Congrats!
