Watched a great movie today. Have you seen it?

If not, go rent/buy it!

Clint Eastwood has directed a fantastic movie called Gran Torino, in which he is the main character as well. I cried at the end, and I laughed in the beginning. Have you seen it? What did you think about it?

It was like the older version of Dirty Harry! I love Clint Eastwood and I really LOVED Gran Torino. It has special significance to my husband who collects muscle cars :)

That's the best movie I've seen in a few years.

His finest ever IMHO, and one of the best I have seen in quite a long time! Grabbed it in Blu-Ray I was so impressed.

Great movie. . . but I was hoping for a better ending. Clint Eastwood was perfect for the role.

X2 I was a little disappointed with the ending as well, but other then that, I agree, it was a pretty good movie. I'd probably rate it a 7 out of 10.

But don't you see it had to end that way! I loved the ending. He knew he was dying and he took care of the gang problem! It is classic Clint Eastwood/Dirty Harry mentality. LOVE IT!

I loved it!

It was fun reminiscing about my old high school years with all the asian racial slurs All good though.

Maybe I should change my name to "zipperhead"

Very enjoyable film, especially if you're an Eastwood fan.

Great movie, but the casting left a lot to be desired.

Agreed. Eastwood was excellent, but I found no other character believable, especially the 14-year-old priest, and gang members who spoke their lines as though reading from a teleprompter.

Just sayin'...

The ending kind of surprised me. I was expecting something more violent . But I agree with all of you guys. Great story and Clint Eastwood was born for that role!
