Yes most definitely decreases the value no doubt. It cannot be fixed, but you can buy a new bezel

No it's now unique and therefore a special edition worth millions...
Seriously, how can people do well enough in life to afford expensive trinkets, yet need to ask if damaging something lessens its worth? |

I would not buy your watch if I saw that. So what did you ding it on anyway?

Just from the original comment, Im guessing this is someone who bought this, now wants to immediately flip it. I may be wrong, but that is the vibe that I got for some reason.

don't worry about it.....that's just a minor "dent" as you called it
watches are meant to be worn |

A word of caution.
Rolex will seek to invalidate a warranty if a watch has physical evidence of impact damage. |

A dealer or other buyer will use it to bring the buying price down because it is a bit damaged. But for wearing it wouldn’t bother me after a while. Just ignore it and with service see which options they give you.

If you saw that on a second-hand watch you wanted to buy, would you offer less? What if the seller figured that in when calculating price?
Do you plan to lower your offering price because of said dent? By how much? |
