lost rolex
the company my father retired from gifted him with a Rolex perpetual stainless. Unfortunately over the years it was subsequently lost. So my question is can it be found if i can retrieve the number from Rolex or his previous employer ? HELP ....

Pretty unlikely as, over time, ownership is harder to verify.
It would also be very difficult to get that serial number. Rolex won't have it as your dads company was the customer of a Dealer, and Dealers keep those records. So, first place to start if you want to go down that road is to find the Dealer and see if their records are available. Then you would need to track down the current owner if there is one, world wide. Good Luck.
