For me a no date sub. Followed by a simple dial Op. I just this weekend acquired the silver Op with the gold hands.

For me the sub is probably the most iconic and most copied watch ever. The OP exemplifies the Rolex design language. Simple balanced subtle small changes over the decades

I realize these 2 are likely considered amount the 2 most boring by current enthusiasts. But everyone has their favorites.
