Congratulations! Just wanted to know if the strap lengths fit right out off the shelf or did you have to get new ones? If so, did they do it for you free of charge?

I’m sure you were elated when you got the call, the feeling after the long wait. Congratulations on your new piece.

Beautiful watch but I am impressed by your rationalization of the math. You spent 60-70k instead of going grey for 25-30k for ss Daytona or or 40-45k for this oysterflex Daytona at current grey pricing. My wife would have been less upset by purchasing grey and saving 15-40k and not having any jewelry to distract her. Congratulations!

Exactly, the whole point was / is to spend in total for both items at or less than the grey market price of the OF Daytona. So in essence, the ancillary jewelry was "free" in my assessment. The Mission was accomplished, lol. The AD was happy; I built great rapport with the AD; I love the Daytona; and my wife is over the moon with her gift. It was a true win win.

The strap length fit snugly. I may go the next size up on the short side though.

Hardly shocking. Every business bundles these days. Jake and Mahomes from State Farm Insurance want you to bundle Home and Auto insurance; Flo from Progressive Insurance want you to bundle Home, Auto, RV, Motorcycle insurance. Our banks wants to bundle you checking, savings, CDs, and credit cards. Even our communications companies like Verizon want to sell you a bundle of your wireless, home, and cable. It's how things are done these days.

I own a new 126519 myself and have this same dial with the diamonds and it’s stunning! I normally wouldn’t consider a diamond dial on a sports watch but the Diamond dial on this model is Amazing. The silver sub dials cause the diamonds to blend in more than stand out which I really like
