the younger crowd tends to favor yg/rg and women seem to favor rose. prefer yg myself when it comes to rolex

When you see Smurf in flesh you know it is on another level

Gold should be gold. It’s yellow.

Yellow gold is just ugly in my view. Images of rappers, lottery winners and old mafia guys with cigars come to mind.
White gold is alright I guess. Would still prefer stainless steel as it’s just the better material.
Everrose: works for some women. Good friend of mine is pulling it off on her Day Date. Just works.
Special place in hell: any two-tone.

I never listen to rap music, never buy lottery tickets and don’t smoke cigars.

And I’ll probably end up in hell…

I guess I'll have to start identifying as a women then. My RG Daytona is bar none the best looking watch on the wrist that I own. Far better than any of my SS watches. And like Vincent, I guess I'm going to hell as well.

I like YG and WG, RG not so much. I'll be turning 50 this year.

Strictly an SS guy myself but shouldn't personal style/dress be a factor.

I live in jeans and pocket T shirts.

A gold watch of any kind, but especially YG, would look ridiculous

I just heard about purple gold. It's actually purple. Insane. Apologies off topic but imagine a purple gold Sub. Daytona would be very popular. https://timeandtidewatches.com/what-is-purple-gold/

I haven't worn a RG before, but I like WG and YG equally. I'm 40.

I’m in my upper 30’s and I wear all of the above - probably the RG YM40 the most. It has a little bit of flash to it while being very comfortable thanks to the OF. 2nd most worn is the WG sub.. it’s just beautiful. 3rd is the YG DD40 - it’s just little too much flash (for me) so I find myself wearing it most when I have something on that can cover it up when needed (jacket/long sleeves etc).
I’ve been eyeing a platinum DD40 for a little while now… that may be the ticket…

Yellow for GMT/Sub, Everose for YM, and White for Daytona.
And platinum for DD

I have thought about a Platinum DD as well. I have the Platinum Daytona and love the brightness of it compared to WG. I had the CHNR and loved the warmth and subtleness of it but now prefer all PM or all SS.
