Rolex DayDate manufactured from 925 Silver? Like Tudor 925 model?
Any idea if its possible for Rolex DayDate or any models to be manufactured from 925 Silver? Like the Tudor 925 model?
Will it be available in future offerings? Just curious? 🧐

Extremely doubtful on any of the Rolex range, although sterling 925 silver is great for watch cases they have been using it for over hundred years. And many other assayed sterling silver items still around ever since introduction in reign of the English King Edward Ist in the 13th century.

I can't imagine a marketing thrust into the Rolex line. That is, unless there is some unique alloy the Rolex metallurgists conjure up.
Then it wouldn't be sterling but some Roleidieum trademarked silver. Tudor BB has a model in bronze too - predated the 925 IIRC - and no Rolex model has been crafted in bronze. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Of course it’s possible. It also seems unlikely.

Is it possible? Sure anything is possible but is it likely? Nope, not at all...
