I know, I have a bit of OCD so I tend to focus on really small issues.
Will not wear a shirt when it has the smallest of stains on it.
Need to accept that watches will get scratches and dings when worn.
My TT Sky-Dweller has a big hairline scratch on a link, no idea how it got there.
Looks even worse under a loupe of course...

For most AD service centers, we have been instructed to not use the welder. Doing so would technically add material to the watch that isn't Rolex material. I'm positive that not every AD watchmaker necessarily follows that rule.
Does RSC do laser weld on gold watches? They should have access to authentic Rolex gold material, right? It could be tricky especially for old yellow gold and rose gold watches since old YG and RG oxidize and change color. Also Rolex's been tweaking the composition of gold, so their new gold might look differently than old gold.

Have to agree and most things look worse especially under high magnification.

Indeed OCD is a terrible thing however worrying about dents on a thirty year old watch that require a loupe or camera magnification to see is not OCD, it’s just worry.

Your watch is beautiful. Enjoy it.
