Jubilee bracelet on Daytona or Submariner

Over the years, Rolex seems to have been offering the jubilee bracelet as an option on various models. Does anyone think this would be added as an option in the future on the Daytona or Submariner?

I don’t think it would go over too well, but you never know.

Maybe on the Daytona … I don’t think it suits the modern day Submariner

I have seen some folks here putting Jubilees on their SS Daytonas, looks great but I doubt Rolex would ever offer it.
Definitely not on the Sub. It’s supposed to be a “tool watch” with its brushed Oyster and Glidelock. Jubilee doesn’t remotely fit that vibe.

In days of yore it was wasn’t uncommon to be able to swap bracelets there and then in the store. Eg gmt master 4 digit on oyster? No problem we have a jubilee that fits.

That being said a lot of the cases wouldn’t accept jubilee bracelets very well - just like now so as far as I’m aware subs, explorer 1016 were never available on jubilee.

This has caused a fair bit of confusion among “experts” on tv shows who have appraised exceptional watches having the “wrong bracelet” despite the owners swearing they never changed a thing.

Having seen the new gmt GRNR and the BB on 5 link they look so damn good to my eyes so perhaps things will change…?

Oh wait this is Rolex… hell will freeze over first
