No wrong choice there. Personally, I'd go GMT first.

Both are great. However if you can’t decide I would lean towards which fits you better. I love the SkyD but it’s just too big for my wrist. It’s the height in my case.

To try and help, are you talking new direct from AD or used from the grey market? Reason I ask, the price and value equation, and availability, will be the two important aspects to take into account. New, I would think you are more likely to be offered a Pepsi before a Sky, although both will be a pretty serious challenge, so that could dictate which. Used, they will both be similar price, which would make the Sky the technical better value, as its closer to list price with less hype margin built in. |

I own both and would choose the SkyD. BLRO just doesn’t have the same wow factor.

They wear differently,
With my small wrist, a Sky Dweller is a no. If you can pull it off, a Sky Sweller.

I'd get the Pepsi, the GMT-Master II is much easier to use as a second-time zone is concerned...also, the Sky-Dweller is much bulkier as a daily is concerned also

Both are worthy additions to any collection, assuming your wrist can support the Sky-D!

If you have a big wrist, the SD is the way to go. I think it looks better and has more useful complications over any GMTII.

You can't go wrong with either of them, but I'd have the BLNR over the SkyD any day. Its more comfortable, versatile and legible, the dial color of the SkyD is one of the things I consider before having to buy one.

My SkyD is very comfortable. My GMT 16700 was also and I'd prefer that to the GMTIIs. How was your SkyD uncomforatble. I've owned two now and never had a problem.
