Rolex writing pad and pen set?

This was included in a recent watch purchase here and I'm wondering if anyone knows anything about it like it's origin and value? I would assume it was something given or sold to dealers as a perk of some sort.

The pen is a Parker with the Rolex logo and inside is a full unlined writing pad with the Rolex logo in the lower right corner. The faux strap is held closed by a Rolex clasp similar in design to those used on Rolex watch straps but I have no idea if it's solid gold or plated... I don't want to remove it to look for a mark.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

As far as I'm aware these sort of trinkets are only handed to "President" purchasers.

value is hard estimate, I have seen them go on e-bay for about $US 120.00

Yes, Keep it or sell it to "one of us". You can check completed listings on ebay. Older ones go for good $$$$. Very cool. Congrats.

Thanks Rolexman, for IDing it for me. I checked completed auctions on eBay and couldn't find the same as mine.

I'll probably be selling it to fund something else.

Thanks to everyone for responding.
