Can you guy help me checking this one out?

I'm looking to buy this 14060M 4-liner soon. I haven't seen it in person. All I have are these photos. I know the photos are quite poor, but can you guys help me see if anything is out of the ordinary for a 14060M 4-liner? I don't know the serial number yet. Does it look polished? How much should I pay for this piece? It's naked—no box or papers.

upload them to imgur and click "insert image" and paste the .jpeg link. if that doesn't work, since you can't post links until you have 10 posts, just post whatever is after imgur.com/ in here and people can upload for you

Let me offer you the gift of time - don't waste any of it uploading poor photos.

First, we can't tell anything from poor photos. Second, I'd suspect the seller by the fact s/he gave poor ones to you.

Now, if seller will ship to an appraiser for approval/escrow then you have a shot at a fair deal.
