Watch Boxes

Atomic suggested in another thread that I post some of the watch boxes I have so I thought I would start a thread for it so others can add their non-Rolex boxes.

The first is the box that came with my GO PanoReserve. Not the highest quality wood but still miles ahead of the standard Rolex box.

It has a compartment for the watch plus a drawer that includes a CD of GO information - nice touch.

Next is the box for my JLC Master Moon:

Very nice quality wood and the top is soft suede that is perfect for sitting a watch on top of when not wearing it. I have this one out and use it all the time.

Last is the best of the bunch as is from my BP Leman - the wood is very nicely done:

I have this one out all the time as well - solid construction including top notch hardware:

Certainly I don't buy the watch for the box (as I'm sure others will say it doesn't matter about the box because "I don't wear it") but in my view it says a lot about how the company respects it's customers.

So, let's see more nice watch boxes!

Here is how the Panerai's arrive in our house.
Seems like they alway deliver in a total of three boxes.

The inner box is a fold out thinner cardboard

Inside this box, is the Pearwood watch box. It is cushioned with a thin foam and a nice cleaning cloth on top

Inside , is lined with a nice velvet. There is a piece that surrounds the watch. Under this section, you will find the registration etc.

They are some seriously nice boxes.i have a nice timber Omega box but not in that league.

Not much of the box,but it gives you the idea.

Aaron

BTW. I know you dont wear the box but when you are a timber nut it certainly adds to the pleasure.

The Pannie boxes are nice.

I was lucky enough to be the recipient of a RobNY box. These aren't for sale and only given to Paneristi of his choice or through random contests. A really treasure that baby as much as the watches that come and go through it.

That BP box is superb, and Rolex for one could do better, but we wear the watch, and not the box thats Rolex answer.
