If OP is getting calls from the AD, he is talking about the new reference 126610LV (Cermit/Starbucks), not a hulk.

Why couldn’t it be HULK CPO at AD?

I’ve seen them at mine. Not for $16k though😬

I think what OP meant was that Rolex prices OVERALL are trending down and that he had received calls from AD for ROLEX, not necessarily HULK.

Just to clarify: my AD called me on two separate watches, obviously neither was the pre-2020 Hulk.

Both examples in the District came complete with card and both boxes and from reputable sellers. They were both mint.

One at $15 and the other at $15.5.

From what I can tell, prices are softening on the secondary market. But obviously, this is anecdotal.

We all knew what you meant OP, it’s just that some people are so knowledgeable that they have to point out the ‘flaws’ of other people, as they’re so perfect themselves.

Buy what you love, wear it in the best of health and nothing else matters

Definitely softening

Prices are generally softening on these, previously needing to spend £19,000 pounds plus on a Hulk with a new card, was offered this for mid £16k albeit with no white tag...from a friend who has a store in Hatton Garden....he also told me in his dealer whatsapp groups he is seeing full set unworn stickered 2020 old card with white tags for £15k or about $19,500, these were about £2000 more just a few months back...

If it wasn't the pre 2020 Hulk it wasn't a hulk????

I'm sorry but if you are saying it was a Cermit or starbucks, or whatever people call them, then yeah I have seen full sets for 13.5?

Sorry still confused why you refer to a watch that isn't the hulk as the hulk unless I am missing something?

I do not think Rolex will reintroduce the green dial in SS Sub (Hulk) any time soon and even if they do it will be the PEPSI of the Subs, limited pieces with very high grey market pricing of over $20K.

Rolex marketing and strategy is too smart to mess with an icon, that is why Daytona, Pepsi, Blue / Green SD are always hard to get with limited production compared to other models. That is the Rolex recipe of keeping the hype and luster

Many factors play in determining the value of a Hulk similar to other watches, such as warranty card date, being a polished / non polished example, full set or not (white hang tag, card, bookelt and period correct box), location, dealer ...etc.

Oh, you’re definitely missing something. But it could be my communication skills are lacking.

Are you suggesting that brick and mortar establishments should charge less due to less overhead? Even when considering the overhead costs associated with a physical presence in Midtown Manhattan ?

I wouldn’t buy anything on 47th Street in NYC.

THIS. my buddy has been looking for awhile, for 15-16k youre getting watch only, and condition/age may not be what you want. im also not a fan of those 47th st dealers, who like to open case back on the fly, and move the movement around with their oily finger tips

The Rolex AD in Hudson Yards sells preowned Hulks all the time, so they could certainly call the OP if a Hulk came in. It just wouldn't be new stock obviously. They also charge $25k+ from what i've seen over the last few years for preowned Hulks.

Great watch, but a lot of green. Not something I'd want as my only watch, but ok in a collection.

As for the nickname, fits the big bulky case perfectly. Even if they do re-release it. The hulk will be one of a kind.

I personally hope they don't re-release it only because I'm afraid of what the internet will bestow as a nickname. I can hear it now.... slimmer lugs, Bruce Banner.... OMG just no.
