Is this a fake clasp?
Obviously there is a pin missing, but I was hoping someone could tell me if it's real or fake. And if it's fake, can you tell me why? I was reading other threads with pictures of fake watches and bands and I noticed no one explained why they were fake. Thanks! |

100% fake......the most obvious fake factor being that larger than usual notch to flick open the lock.
The real McCoy has a very subtle notch......like this!!

Yeah, JJ is right, definately fake. There are a couple of factors that give it away. Like there are too many holes in the clasp, the notch JJ is referring to, the crown is "not right" plus the engraving in the clasp isn't "right" either. Sorry, hope you didn't pay any money for that!

The 62523H number on it is for a TT Jubilee clasp and bracelet, not a flip-lock
